How do I reset my password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the email instructions.

How do I update my Company Profile?

Navigate to Company Profile from the sidebar and click “Edit Profile” to update your company information.

How do I complete security surveys?

Navigate to the Survey page from the sidebar, select a security framework, and answer the questions. Your responses contribute to your overall CyberScore.

Can I export reports?

Yes. Go to the Reports page and click “Export as PDF” on any report to download a professional PDF version suitable for stakeholders and auditors.

What scan types are available?

Spottr offers multiple scan types including HTTP discovery, vulnerability scanning, and integrations with third-party intelligence sources for broader visibility.

How is my data secured?

Your data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and protected with encryption in transit and at rest. Spottr leverages AWS’s secure cloud infrastructure and applies application-level access controls to ensure data isolation between customers.

How do I authorize scans?

Go to the Authorizations page to manage scan permissions and approve security assessments for your domains.

How do I assign a POC for Assets?

In the Assets page, select an asset and click “Edit” to assign a Point of Contact from your user list.

Where does the Industry Threat Intelligence come from?

Our AI analyzes threat data from multiple sources and correlates it with your industry NAICS code to provide relevant insights.

What is a CyberScore?

CyberScore is your overall security rating (0–100) calculated from scan results, survey responses, and security posture assessments.

How do I view scan results?

Navigate to the Scan page to view all scan results. Click on any scan to see detailed findings, vulnerabilities, and AI-generated analysis.

What security frameworks are supported?

Spottr supports multiple frameworks including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC 2.

How does industry benchmarking work?

Your CyberScore is compared against aggregated scores from similar organizations in your industry (based on NAICS codes) to show how you rank.

Can MSPs manage multiple customers?

Yes. MSPs can invite and manage multiple customer organizations, with visibility into each customer’s security posture.
